Services Provided

St George Fun provides event rental equipment and related services, including delivery, setup, and pickup, as outlined in your invoice or service agreement. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Quotes, Reservations, and Agreements

Quotes provided by St George Fun are estimates based on the information available at the time and are subject to change. A reservation is not guaranteed until confirmed by St George Fun and, where applicable, payment terms are satisfied.

Payments and Fees

Payment terms, including deposits, balances, and due dates, will be specified in your invoice or agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of services. Additional fees may apply for extended rental periods, late returns, damages, or additional services requested.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. St George Fun does not store full credit card information.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the nature of the rental and timing of cancellation. These policies will be outlined in your agreement or invoice. Certain rentals may be non-refundable.

Rental Period and Responsibility

The rental period begins upon delivery or pickup and ends when equipment is returned or collected. Clients are responsible for the proper use, care, and security of rented items during the rental period. Clients may be charged for lost, damaged, or excessively soiled equipment.

Delivery, Setup, and Access

Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring safe access to the event location. Failure to provide access or accurate information may result in delays or additional charges.

SMS/MMS Mobile Message Marketing Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Program Description: St George Fun operates a mobile messaging program that sends appointment confirmations, service updates, and promotional offers to users who opt-in.
  2. Cancellation: Users can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  3. Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
  4. Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. Fees: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, St George Fun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of rented equipment or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services provided.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless St George Fun from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of rented equipment or violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of St George Fun and may not be used without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which St George Fun operates.

Modifications to Terms
